March 27, 2027.
What a question looks like
A gym chain is losing members to a cheaper competitor. You get membership by tier, how many members quit each month, costs per location, and the competitor’s prices. Should the chain cut prices, add services, or do something else? What would make your recommendation wrong?
What a good answer does
A good answer finds out which members are leaving and why before it picks a response. It checks if a price cut still covers costs and says when the plan would fail.
