The two rounds
Regionals
Questions about customer groups, pricing, and where to sell, using survey and sales data we give you.
Online and timed, on February 22, 2027.
Nationals
You get a market case, recommend a pricing or sales decision, and defend it with the customer data.
March 27, 2027.
What a question looks like
A coffee roaster sells the same beans online, in grocery stores, and in its own café. You get margin, volume, and repeat purchases for each, plus a survey of why customers chose each one. Where should the next marketing dollar go? What would change your mind?
What a good answer does
A good answer compares the three by profit per customer and not by volume. It uses the survey to explain why repeat purchases differ and says what would change the answer.
